3 tablespoons finely minced fresh herbs (such as tarragon, parsley, and chives)

Making a Greek Yogurt Labneh is easy! You will need a strainer with a few layers of cheesecloth over a bowl. In another bowl, combine yogurt, kosher salt, and lemon zest. Stir with a Spoon. Put the yogurt mixture into the cheesecloth-lined strainer and gently squeeze out any excess liquid from the yogurt. Remove any liquid; the remaining yogurt should be very thick. Roll the cheese yogurt into small balls or cut it in different shapes. Place i glass jar.

Pour everything over the yogurt in the jar. Cover everything and place in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 12 hours and up to 2 to 3 weeks.
