Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups bisquick baking mix
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 basket of fresh strawberries
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 F
2. Stir Bisquick, butter, milk and sugar together until soft dough forms.
3. Drop six spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet
4. Bake 10-12 minutes
5. Wash strawberries and remove stems
6. Slice strawberries thinly and put into a large bowl
7. Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup of sugar and mix into strawberries
8. Set aside until biscuits are done
9. Whisk togehter 1 cup of heavy cream with 2 Tbl sugar until stiff peaks form.
10. Combine biscuit, strawberries and whipped cream together.
