4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1⁄2 cup refrigerated basil pesto
2 -3 plum tomatoes, sliced (optional)
1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat oven at 400 F
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Take a bowl and mix chicken and pesto. Toss well.
  4. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and tomatoes and bake for few seconds to melt cheese.
