Ingredients

3/4 cup milk

2 teaspoons salt

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon ground dried thyme

4 haddock fillets

1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 500 F.
  2. Take a bowl and mix milk with salt.
  3. Take another bowl and mix bread crumbs with thyme and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip haddock fillets in milk and then bread mixture. Coat well.
  5. Take a glass made baking dish and place haddock fillets into it. Pour some melted butter over.
  6. Bake on top rack of oven for 15 minutes.
