Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground dried thyme
4 haddock fillets
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven at 500 F.
- Take a bowl and mix milk with salt.
- Take another bowl and mix bread crumbs with thyme and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip haddock fillets in milk and then bread mixture. Coat well.
- Take a glass made baking dish and place haddock fillets into it. Pour some melted butter over.
- Bake on top rack of oven for 15 minutes.
