3 cups diced cooked or canned chicken
1 1/2 cup finely diced celery
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cup seedless green and or red grapes
1/2 cup blanched almonds, slivered and toasted
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup light cream
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash black pepper


  1. Take a bowl and mix chicken, celery and lemon juice. Chill for an hour.
  2. Add almonds and grapes in it along with mayonnaise, light cream, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Toss slightly.
  3. Garnish with grapes.
