The NP360 Core Essentials Program teaches you how to relieve pain, prevent injury and speed recovery.
Our one day certification program is unique in its content and compliments existing training programs such as FMS, CrossFit, personal training, chiropractic, medical and physical therapy. We guarantee that you will have better results, less injury and faster recovery with NP360 than any other training system you have used. Our Core Essentials Program teaches you how to quickly identify and correct unique structural issues that are at the root cause of much of today’s injury and pain.
The NP360 Core Essentials Program is simple and easy to understand without all of the complex language, equipment, and philosophy that make other training systems so hard to use. The techniques you’ll learn at an NP360 Core Essentials Program will likely become the most valuable and most effective training tool that you have in your arsenal.
Why Neuro Performance Training?
Neuromuscular Connection Matters: Neuromuscular Connection is essential in reducing injury and creating sustainable peak performance at the highest levels possible.
Core Essentials Program Approach: A consistent baseline for evaluating the root cause of client’s pain and injury with steps for prevention and recovery.
Common Language: We have removed complex terms using language that enables both the client and the professional to implement our program with no learning curve.
NP360 Certified Network: Build your referral network and business as athletes and the public become aware of your unique ability to correct structural issues and prevent injury.
Summary:
The NP360 CEP teaches the identification of unique structural issues related to insufficient modern movement patterns. With the identification of these unique structural issues the focus turns to neuromuscular disconnections related to that particular structural issue. Since the human body is a complex organism that operates as a whole system, the ultimate objective turns to changing movement patterns and/or adding supplemental corrective movement patterns.
The CEP begins with an in depth discussion of how movement patterns have changed, what the effect has been and how to regain neuromuscular connection. This discussion leads to neuromuscular disconnection/connection and its effect on the distribution of force through the skeletal muscular structure. The seminar gives a historical perspective of the decline of real human movement leading to inefficient and sometimes incorrect supplemental movements disseminated through our modern medical and fitness industries.
The CEP then begins to explain the identification and testing of unique structural issues. At this stage, the course becomes interactive with live identification of a common syndrome and its effects on the human body. While identifying this common syndrome the instructor will address common mistakes, identification tips and visual as well as physical clues that identify the structural issue. Using students as examples the instructor details structural, muscular and neuromuscular issues that will be the basis for future supplemental and corrective exercises.
The identification of related structural, muscular and neuromuscular issues continues in-depth creating easy to identify patterns of structural pain, structural deficiencies and visual cues. The seminar ends with students becoming fully interactive practicing the identification of unique structural issues on each other under the supervision of the seminar instructor. This is followed by a written and then an interactive test on fellow students to identify structural, muscular and neuromuscular patterns. The seminar concludes with instructions on how to complete the self-guided at-home case studies which are your final exam. Upon completion of the final exam you will be classified as an NP360 Certified Member. As such, the Neuroperformance360.com website with upcoming podcasts, articles and Find a Certified Member Registry, etc. –are free for one year.
Objectives:
• Learn why modern humans are prone to injury, pain and poor movement patterns
• Learn how to identify and reverse unique structural issues.
• Understand how neuromuscular connection can prevent injury and create sustainable peak performance.
• Interpret unique structural issues and their common muscular, structural and neuromuscular behaviors.
• Assign corrective exercises and movement patterns based on individual needs.
