We’d like to introduce John Kralle. He is a man who has found success in both his personal life and the business world. He also enjoys being an instructor and educating his colleagues on the intricacies of his complex and multi-faceted career field. He somehow still finds time for fun, religion, and community. His bottom line is caring for and building relationships with people.
Q: Hi John, Please tell us a little bit about yourself.
A: I live in Washington Township, New Jersey with my wife and three kids. We have lived in the Township for over 20 years and are active within the community. I’m incredibly proud of my children as my two oldest, Samantha and Nicholas were recently on the Dean’s list together in the fall at Rowan College.
My youngest son Dylan is a junior at Washington Township High School and a member of the Marching Band where they took 6th place overall in the country at the Nationals.
I enjoy spending time with my family, working around the house and time on my motorcycle. The three most important things to me in life are my family, my faith and my friends.
Q: How long have you been working in real estate & what inspired you to do it? Do you enjoy it?
A: 16 going on 17 years. I was inspired by the opportunity to do something I enjoy and do well and that’s build relationships with people. In doing so I educate them about their options regarding mortgage financing and provide professional guidance during the process ensuring my borrowers are always serviced beyond their expectations. I have a huge passion for what I do and really enjoy when I’m at a closing with a first time home-buyer and know that I was a part of their first home purchase. Service means everything!
I’m also an Instructor at a mortgage school, America’s Mortgage Institute. I graduated the first class out of the school over 4 years ago and teach everything from Mortgage Fundamentals, Product Training, Business Development and Sales Training, Continuing Education and the S.A.F.E. Act as well as New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Law. I have a passion for instructing and educating and always have in my professional career.
Q: What are your strength and weaknesses?
A: Strengths I would say would be the ability to build relationships, overall industry knowledge and my service levels. Weaknesses would have to be at times the inability to delegate tasks when I take them upon myself to do and it’s not the most effective, efficient or productive way for me to spend my time when I have support staff that has more than the ability to handle these tasks for me.
Q: Are you satisfied with what you have accomplished thus far?
A: Yes. I’ve held many positions and have worked with some of the industry’s best and most successful individuals and that’s inspiring on many different levels.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A: An Instructor at a national level for the mortgage industry as well as continuing to originate loans and assist people with both homeownership and financial flexibility with respect to the mortgage needs. Who knows, I love the company I work for, Envoy Mortgage and that is a big component in one’s success and aspiration to take on additional responsibility when timing is right.
Q: Could you please tell us about your hobbies and interests?
A: Hobbies: Riding my motorcycle, hunting and shooting (Skeet, trap and range shooting)
Interests: Religion, My Home & My Community, History
Q: What do you think of HumanDiaries.com?
A: I feel it’s a phenomenal platform that is family, community and people centric. It’s informative and relevant with the topics and trends of today.
