1 lb. lasagna noodles, or something like vegetable rotini
1 lb frozen broccoli pieces
1 lb frozen sliced carrots
1 lb frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. frozen sliced zucchini
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk

– boil the noodles
– microwave the vegetables for a few minutes in a casserole dish
– add the cooked noodles, soup, and milk to the vegetables
– sprinkle with bread crumbs, if desired
– bake until heated

You can use fresh or canned vegetables, if you want. Just boil fresh ones while the noodles are boiling (or use leftovers from another day, if you have them). You can sprinkle cheese on it, if desired, during the last few minutes of baking. You can use a different cream soup. I once tried creamed spinach, which was good. You could use egg noodles, or try something else. You can try adding other vegetables, too. Note: I once tried adding okra – not good.
