Spinach and Artichoke Dip


1 package (8 ounce) softened cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (14 ounce) from a can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350° F
1. Use shortening or butter to lightly grease a small baking dish. Set aside.
2. Mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl, and stir until smooth. Add in the Parmesan and Romano cheeses, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Gently fold in the artichoke hearts and spinach.
4. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
