Ingredients:
2 C pumpkin (1lb.)
2/3 C sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
3 eggs
2/3 C evaporated milk
½ C milk
1 pie crust
Directions:
- preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with foil. and put the crust on it.
- Mix everything well. then pour in crust. Cover crust edges with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil, then bake another 25 minutes. check for doneness. Cool and serve.
