2 C pumpkin (1lb.)

2/3 C sugar

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

½ tsp. ground ginger

½ tsp. ground nutmeg

3 eggs

2/3 C evaporated milk

½ C milk

1 pie crust


  1. preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with foil. and put the crust on it.
  2. Mix everything well. then pour in crust. Cover crust edges with foil.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil, then bake another 25 minutes. check for doneness. Cool and serve.
