Ingredients

1 pound sliced bacon

1 (1 1/2 pound) fat-trimmed pork tenderloin

1 1/2 cups mustard-based barbeque sauce

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on medium heat and grease with oil.
  2. Slice pork tenderloin into fine slices.
  3. Roll up bacon slices into pork tenderloin and tied with toothpick.
  4. Grill rolls for 10 minutes, each side.
  5. Pour some barbeque sauce over and cook for 10 more minutes.
  6. Set aside for 2 minutes and serve.
