Summer Salsa


2 ears fresh corn, husked

1 large fresh tomato, chopped

1 large fresh peach, pitted and chopped

1 red onion, chopped


  1. Boil water on high heat in a pot. Boil corn in it for 5 minutes
  2. Drain corns, cool and cut kernels from cob.
  3. Blend tomato, peach, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, green chile pepper, and garlic salt to puree.
  4. Put it in bowl and stir in corn.
