1 pound sliced bacon
1 (1 1/2 pound) fat-trimmed pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cups mustard-based barbeque sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat grill on medium heat and grease with oil.
- Slice pork tenderloin into fine slices.
- Roll up bacon slices into pork tenderloin and tied with toothpick.
- Grill rolls for 10 minutes, each side.
- Pour some barbeque sauce over and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Set aside for 2 minutes and serve.
