Potatoes are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber, and pantothenic acid. We hope that you give this recipe a try!

5 Large potatoes sliced into steak fries size
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix with the potatoes until the potatoes are all covered up with the spices. In a roasting pan, spread the potatoes evenly. Place in the oven and roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
