1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
