Ingredients:
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 egg
1 lb ground beef
3 mozzarella sticks
Directions:
In a bowl mix everything except the mozzarella sticks, then set aside. Cut the mozzarella sticks into pieces about an inch long. Take a spoonful of the meat mixture, roll it into a ball, then flatten it. Repeat with the rest of the meat. Press one piece of mozzarella into the center of each meat circle. Fold the edges of the meat up and around the cheese pieces. Place all of the meat balls into the crock pot.
Cook for 2 hours on high in a slow cooker pot. Serve with your favorite dip or side dish.
