Broccoli Spaghetti Soup

spaghetti, broken into appr. 1″ pieces
water and bouillon, or broth
tomatoes
olive oil
garlic or garlic powder
broccoli, cut into pieces

Put the water/bouillon or broth on to boil. Heat oil in pan.
Cut the tomato(es) into small pieces.
Saute tomato and garlic until soft.
Boil spaghetti until almost done, then add broccoli, and tomato mixture.
Add more broth or water if needed.
This tastes even better the second day. You’ll probably have to add more
liquid when reheating, though.
The soup can also be frozen.
