Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 350 F.
- Make slits with knife on lamb leg and push garlic slices into meat. Season liberally.
- Place lamb leg on a roasting lamb.
- Roast the lamb in oven for about 1 ¾ to 2 hours.
- Set aside for 10 minutes before serving.
