3 cups diced cooked or canned chicken
1 1/2 cup finely diced celery
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cup seedless green and or red grapes
1/2 cup blanched almonds, slivered and toasted
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup light cream
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash black pepper
- Take a bowl and mix chicken, celery and lemon juice. Chill for an hour.
- Add almonds and grapes in it along with mayonnaise, light cream, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Toss slightly.
- Garnish with grapes.
