1 salmon fillet, 2 pounds
5 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons Italian seasonings
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lemon for flavor
Use butter to grease a casserole dish or similar pan. Place skinned salmon in the bottom of the pan. In a small sauce pan, combine 5 T butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Heat on low until butter is melted. Mix thoroughly. Using a pastry brush, spread the butter mixture over top of salmon. Place in preheated oven.
Cook salmon for 10 minutes. Remove, and spread more of the butter mixture. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until done. Sprinkle some of your favorite herbs over the salmon right before serving. Decorate with lemon slices.
