2 lbs lean ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1⁄4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Take a saucepan and mix tomato sauce, hot sauce and seasonings on medium heat.
- Add raw ground beef and mash it whole cooking.
- Cook for 30 minutes and then simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Top with chopped onions.
